Beginning Piecing 1 - Squares
Learn to use quilting tools and processes while sewing a block or two during each session. Sign up for the sessions individually and work on your own pace while in community other quilters. Fabric is purchased separately. We will be making 4 patch blocks and using the Kitty Friends Pattern. Fabric and pattern purchased separately. This pattern can be modified to get a size that you would like to make. Original pattern size is 38" x 46".

Whether you just got your 4,5, or 7 Series Bernina Jumbo Bobbin Machine, or have had it and want an in-person review, this is the class for you. We will review the Bernina Mastery book. Bring your sewing machine, your accessories, and some scraps. Bring a laptop or tablet if you want to see the videos by your machine. We will take a lunch time where you can bring your own lunch or we can get take out from the local places.

Block Fun with Kim on Wednesdays
Kim will chose a different block for each session and will go over cutting and piecing instructions. The blocks can be used in a sampler quilt. The intent is a fun, social, and learning morning. You can bring your sewing machine or use one of ours - please call the store to reserve the sewing machine - rental is $5 per class.

We will do blocks for the Christmas at Home wall hanging. Kits/fabric/patterns are sold separately - you need to have purchase the pattern to take the class. The plan is to do the first two block in one session and then a session for each blocks 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Tucker University 1- Split Rects
You can toss your plastic templates aside for good because you use your Split Rect Tool instead. Learn how to use crisp, clean half square rectangles (split rects). By using the Split Rects tool you do not have to worry about shaving your plastic templates any more or knowing which was a left side or a right side piece. There are 8 different size options with the Split Rects tool. Your stars will twinkle with these strong points. Bring a sack lunch.
