Bernina - Embroidery on Everything Club
Bernina - Embroidery on Everything is a monthly course for all Bernina machines, focused on Bernina embroidery accessories and popular embroidery techniques. These projects can be done on other models of embroidery machines. Each lesson will include a video and handout for you to use as you learn and hone your embroidery skills. The club meeting will consist of watching the monthly video, discussing questions, demonstrating as needed, and show and share your embroidery projects. The first month's meeting will include details for the club including how to order the design files which also includes the monthly videos and handouts in case you are unable to come to a club meeting. Please contact the shop if want to purchase the Bernina files before the club meeting. We will have a daytime club meeting followed by an afternoon available if you want to bring your machine and work on the project. We will have a nighttime club meeting if there is enough interest. We can have a second night a month to bring in your machine to work on the project if there is enough interest as well. th will be an introduction to the club and an explanation of how the club will work including how to get the project files from the Bernina Skill Hub, pre-ordering kits for the next month's projects, and the optional use of the classroom after the daytime meetings to begin the project - you will do the project at home

Whether you just got your 4,5, or 7 Series Bernina Jumbo Bobbin Machine, or have had it and want an in-person review, this is the class for you. We will review the Bernina Mastery book. Bring your sewing machine, your accessories, and some scraps. Bring a laptop or tablet if you want to see the videos by your machine. We will take a lunch time where you can bring your own lunch or we can get take out from the local places.

Topics include cleaning and oiling, threading, Bernina Feet basics, status bars, programming the programmable buttons and foot pedal, Stitches included, saving stitches, learning about securing stitches, editing stitches, and more. You can bring your own machine or participates can share Betty's. Class runs from 9:30 to 2:30 with a break for lunch. Bring your own, order takeout with Kim, or shop - you choice. Class is free to those that purchased the 990 from Betty's Thimble. There will be separate classes for the embroidery unit and a class quilting in the hoop.

This beautiful welcome sign can be used inside or outside to welcome your family and friends to your home. The size depends on your hoop size chosen that works with your machine. Linda will help you through the steps to complete it. We have planned this as 2 separate classes as the 7 tiles will not be done in a one day class. Your choice - come to both days or either one and then finish it at home. The pictured design is from Embroidery Library. In the requirements section, there are links to this design and others from Sweet Pea Designs and Urban Threads.

Golden Rule Club
The Golden Rule Club is for the Garment Sewist who owns the Golden Rule system. The club's purpose is to meet, share, and learn from each other on using the system. We will prepare one pattern during the meeting and review the basic construction steps for it. Please bring your system binder and the pattern/garment that you have worked on or completed to share with the group. Beginners and Experienced Sewist are welcome and encouraged to join us. The $10 is to reserve your spot. You will get a $10 store credit to use after the meeting in the shop that day. Please reserve your spot as we will cancel the meeting 7 days prior if there is less than 4 people registered for it.
